How to book a clean?

How do I make a booking?

All you have to do is fill out our secure booking form, selecting the time and date that you want us to clean your home. It's as simple as that and will only take you 60 seconds. Once you have completed your booking you will receive a confirmation email instantly.

Do I need to enter my card details to book?

Yes. We do require payment upon booking the clean. This is to ensure your clean is guaranteed and nobody else can take your slot. You can still decide to make changes to your booking. We also offer a happiness guarantee. If you are not happy with your clean, another cleaner will return within 24 hours to ensure your clean is spotless. We take photos of all our work so that we can ensure you get the best service possible.

how do i amend or cancel my booking?

You can amend or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled clean. In order to do this just e-mail us at info@end10clean.com or call us at 07341664365. If you do wish to cancel with less then 24 hours notice there will be a £60 cancellation charge. 

What time will the cleaners arrive?

 

Our cleaners will arrive just before the scheduled start time of your clean, however in instances of heavy traffic please allow a 30 minute window for your cleaner to arrive.

How many cleaners do you send?

This will depend entirely on the size of your property. For most properties we send a team of two cleaners, for smaller properties we send 1 and for larger we can send up to 6 cleaners.

do your cleaners bring their own supplies?

You our cleaners bring their own supplies. New cloths are prepared for your property and all the necessary tools are also brought. We do ask that you provide your own hoover and mop for hygienic purposes, however we can provide this as well where necessary.

do you have insurance?

We do indeed. We have liability insurance for up to 5 million pounds. We understand our cleaners are entering your personal space and want to make sure you have complete peace of mind when they are there. Do I need to be home for my booking?

Of course not. Most of customers prefer the clean to be done while they are working or doing something much more interesting, that is why they hired us in the first place! All we ask is that you ensure the cleaner can gain access to your home. You can do this by either letting them in, leaving a spare key with a neighbour or friend or through a keysafe.

Can you pick or drop the keys with a landlord?

Of course we can. However, transportation is not cheap and the time spent picking up keys takes away from the time our cleaners could be working. As such a £20 rate applies when picking or dropping keys off assuming they are secured at a reasonable distance.
